Shelly Daly

Operations Manager & Responsible Individual

Shelly is the Operations Manager and safeguarding lead for the organisation and has worked within MY3 since 2018, she is passionate in driving a culture and ethos to ensure children and young people are safe, well cared for and have the best experiences and opportunities whilst in our care and beyond.

Shelly has over 30 years’ experience working with children and young people in a variety of settings, with 25 years in residential care. Shelly has worked with young people with diverse needs and abilities, including Social emotional and mental health and has a passion for working with young people with Autism, ADHD and learning disabilities. Shelly is a dedicated leader with a wealth of experience and supports her managers who are dedicated, passionate and aspirational for the young people in their care.

Julie Collings

CEO and Head of HR and Estates

Julie jointly founded My3ltd with Louise in 2016. Julie has a strong nursing background in the Health and Social Care sector. Julie has specialised in providing care for Children and Young People with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and associated challenges such as Sexual Exploitation for over 10 years. Julie plays a key role at My3 screening and managing the Referral process.

Louise Tierney

Chief Finance Officer

Louise founded My3ltd in 2016 with Julie Collins, with the aspiration of creating a bespoke model that provided specialist care for Children and Young People with ASD and associated needs. Louise has over 30 years experience within the sector with in-depth knowledge of social care. For the past 10 years Louise has led companies to provide nurtuting environments and effective care.

Kirsty Lucas-Smyth BSC (Hons), MSc, PGDip

Head of Therapeutic Services

Foremost I am a passionate advocate for offering children and young people a safe, nurturing environment to grow. I have over 10 years’ experience in healthcare, including 5 years’ experience of working within mental health services, such as Children and Adolescents Mental Health Services. I am a CBT Psychotherapist, with a Post-graduate diploma in CBT Psychotherapy, a master’s degree in common mental health therapies, and a bachelor’s degree with Honours in Psychology.

The role of therapeutic services is to support each home to deliver therapeutically led care, care which is person centred, and underpinned by psychological theory and evidence-based practice. My role is to support at point of referral, engaging in assessment and formulation. Identifying appropriate support interventions, staff training needs, and care planning. As well as engaging each home in consistent regular reflective practice, for continuous learning and adaptation to support the ongoing physical, social, emotional and mental well being of each child or young person.
