Julie jointly founded My3ltd with Louise in 2016. Julie has a strong nursing background in the Health and Social Care sector. Julie has specialised in providing care for Children and Young People with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and associated challenges such as Sexual Exploitation for over 10 years. Julie plays a key role at My3 screening and managing the Referral process.
Louise Tierney
Chief Finance Officer and Responsible Individual.
Louise founded My3 Limited in 2016 with Julie Collins, with the aspiration of creating a bespoke model that provided specialist care for Children and Young People with ASD and associated needs. Louise has over 35 years’ experience within the care sector with in-depth knowledge of a broad spectrum of residential social care and community-based services for children, young people and adults with complex needs.
Louise holds a BA Honours degree in Psychology and is qualified as a Social Worker for Children and Families. Louise started her career in Local Authority managing a vast array of residential services which included education, assessment, SEN, mental health services and secure provision.
For the past 12 years Louise has helped develop and lead companies in providing bespoke services within progressive and nurturing environments.
In addition to financial management, Louise is My3 Limited Ofsted Responsible Individual and the Safeguarding Lead.

Kirsty Lucas-Smyth BSC (Hons), MSc, PGDip

Foremost I am a passionate advocate for offering children and young people a safe, nurturing environment to grow. I have over 10 years’ experience in healthcare, including 5 years’ experience of working within mental health services, such as Children and Adolescents Mental Health Services. I am a CBT Psychotherapist, with a Post-graduate diploma in CBT Psychotherapy, a master’s degree in common mental health therapies, and a bachelor’s degree with Honours in Psychology.
The role of therapeutic services is to support each home to deliver therapeutically led care, care which is person centred, and underpinned by psychological theory and evidence-based practice. My role is to support at point of referral, engaging in assessment and formulation. Identifying appropriate support interventions, staff training needs, and care planning. As well as engaging each home in consistent regular reflective practice, for continuous learning and adaptation to support the ongoing physical, social, emotional and mental well being of each child or young person.
